Medical Flooring in Cornwall

Healthcare spaces have to be safe, hygienic and hard-wearing, they get people through the door without a moment’s worry underfoot.

Crown Carpets supplies and fits flooring for GP surgeries, dental and veterinary practices, clinics and care settings across Cornwall, combining slip-resistant safety flooring for clinical and wet areas with comfortable, durable carpet and carpet tiles for reception and office spaces.

Safety Flooring for GP Surgeries, Clinics & Care Settings

Clinical environments need floors that are slip-resistant, easy to clean and able to cope with spills, trolleys and constant use.

We supply and fit safety flooring and other commercial-grade slip-resistant vinyl, with welded seams and coved skirtings where a hygienic, easy-clean finish is required. From treatment rooms and corridors to washrooms and sluice areas, we specify a floor appropriate to the space and how it is used.

Hygienic, Slip-Resistant Flooring Options for Healthcare Spaces

Not every area of a surgery is clinical, and the flooring should reflect that. Waiting rooms and reception areas benefit from hard-wearing, comfortable contract carpet or carpet tiles from brands like Burmatex and Heckmondwike, warmer and quieter underfoot, and easy to replace tile-by-tile if stained.

Offices and consulting rooms can mix carpet with safety vinyl where needed. We walk the building with you and recommend the right finish, area by area, rather than a one-size-fits-all product.
